Welcome to TEXAS TIKKA! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our catering services and website. By accessing our website and placing an order with TEXAS TIKKA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us” refers to TEXAS TIKKA. “Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or organization placing an order with TEXAS TIKKA. “Services” refers to the catering services provided by TEXAS TIKKA, including event catering, corporate catering, and other food services. “Website” refers to www.txtikka.com, owned and operated by TEXAS TIKKA LLC.

2. Booking & Payment

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will be communicated during the booking process.
Final Payment: Full payment must be made no later than 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in order cancellation.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Invoices are available upon request.

Late payments may incur a fee of 5%.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Changes: Notify us of any changes at least 7 days before the event. While we aim to accommodate changes, some may not be possible.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 28 days before the event: Full refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations made 72 hours: No refund.
Force Majeure: TEXAS TIKKA is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). We will work to reschedule in such cases.

4. Menu & Dietary Requirements

Menu Selection: Finalize your menu at least 14 days before the event. Failure to do so may result in TEXAS TIKKA selecting items based on your preferences.

Dietary Accommodations: Inform us of dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate, a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Menu Substitutions: If necessary, we may substitute unavailable items with alternatives of equal or greater value.

5. Delivery & Setup

Delivery: Delivery fees are included in your quote. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Setup: For full-service events, our team requires adequate space and facilities at the venue.
Equipment: Any equipment provided by TEXAS TIKKA remains our property and must be returned in good condition. Loss or damage will incur charges.

6. Liability

Food Allergies: Clients must inform us of food allergies or dietary restrictions. TEXAS TIKKA is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from food consumption.

Health & Safety: We comply with all local regulations and prepare food in licensed kitchens.

Limitations: TEXAS TIKKA is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

7. Client Responsibilities

Permits & Licenses: Clients must obtain any required permits for the event, including alcohol permits if applicable.
Venue Access: Clear access must be provided for delivery, setup, and service.

8. Use of Website

Intellectual Property: All website content is the property of TEXAS TIKKA and cannot be reproduced without permission.
Availability: We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Conduct: Users must not engage in unlawful or unauthorized activities on our website.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Amendments

TEXAS TIKKA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, with disputes resolved in Texas courts.
